What will you gain after arresting homosexuals — Wesley Kesse quizzes Sam George
Wesley Kesse, a Ghanaian Tiktok sensation and social media influencer, seems unhappy with Sam George-led anti-LGBTQ+ bill in Parliament.
The bill was introduced by a group of legislators led by the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Ningo Prampram constituency to ensure that the practice of LGBTQ+ is illegal under Ghana’s Constitution.
They explained that if LGBTQ+ people are allowed to practice in Ghana, it will endanger indigenous Ghanaian family values and norms.
However, in an interview with Delay, Wesley Kesse, who has been labelled as gay on several occasions stated that people should be free to do what they want.
“I don’t have a stand on LGBTQ+, everybody should do what they do that’s on them,” he said.
His statement prompted Delay to inquire “how do you feel about Sam George’s anti-LGBTQ+ seeking to arrest homosexuals if passed?”
In response, Wesley Kesse said “I feel nothing but I’m just wondering what he will get after arresting homosexuals.
He, however, adds “well if that’s the law I don’t have any problem.
