Kwadwo Nkansah liwin finally marries his American baby mama at Jamase

Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win has married again after divorcing ex-wife, Patricia Afriyie in 2012.

Lil Win and Patricia broke up after 4 years of marriage and had six children (sons) together.

However, Lil Win reveals he had only two kids with his ex-wife.

Speaking in his latest media interview , Lil Win disclosed that he has moved on from his last marriage and now married to another woman called Maame Serwaa.

Maame Serwaa is based in the US. Two of Lil Win’s children are staying with her.
