Court fines Nana Agradaa Ghc36k after pleading guilty
A Circuit Court in Accra has convicted Patience Asiedua popularly known as Nana Agradaa on Wednesday June 16.
She was convcited after pleading guilty in court.
The court presided over by Mr Emmanuel Essandoh fined her GHS360000.
A joint team of officers from the Ghana Police Service and operatives of the National Security on Tuesday, April 20 stormed the premises of two satellite television stations in Kasoa in the Central Region to shut them down.
The team also arrested owner of Thunder TV, Patience Asiedua, popularly known as Nana Agradaa, and seized the equipment used in transmission.
The move was at the instance of the National Communications Authority (NCA).
